Operations Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support our operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for data-driven decision-making, performance analysis, and
process optimization through advanced reporting, visualization, and root cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting & Analytics
• Develop and maintain real-time dashboards, automated reports, and KPI tracking for logistics
operations.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, optimize supply chain efficiency, and drive strategic
improvements.
• Ensure data integrity, standardization, and accuracy across multiple sources.
2. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Process Optimization
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify operational inefficiencies and propose corrective
actions.
• Work cross-functionally with logistics, warehousing, and supply chain teams to enhance operational
performance.
• Leverage predictive analytics and data modeling to forecast demand and mitigate risks.
3. Data Visualization & Insights
• Utilize Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools to create impactful data visualizations and reports.
• Present actionable insights to leadership for process enhancement and cost reduction.
• Design interactive dashboards for real-time logistics tracking and supply chain monitoring.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with operations, procurement, and warehouse teams to define reporting needs and
improve efficiency.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing supply chain workflows and reducing
turnaround times.
• Support digital transformation initiatives within logistics through automation and AI-driven
insights.
Skills & Qualifications
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL for complex data
analysis.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data
Studio.
• Strong understanding of logistics KPIs, supply chain analytics, and operational reporting.
• Ability to process, clean, and interpret large datasets for strategic decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or logistics analytics.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing.
• Background in predictive analytics, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), or machine learning
models for supply chain optimization is a plus.
Preferred Certifications (Optional but Advantageous)
• Power BI / Tableau Certification
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• APICS Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD)
