What are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive (2-3 years experience) to
join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the rest of the marketing team and
collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop and execute marketing
campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute marketing strategies that meet business objectives and drive
growth.
● Plan, create and manage content for various marketing channels, including email, social
media, whatsapp etc.
● Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for lead generation and
conversion.
● Conduct market research, analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as
needed to optimize results.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
● Proven ability to think creatively and generate new ideas.
● Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions.

● Familiarity with marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and social media
management tools.
