Head - Content & Studio (YouTube Network)

About the Role

VidUnit is launching a YouTube-first digital studio and is looking for a creative, entrepreneurial leader to build and scale its YouTube content network. This role will own the creative vision, content formats, and in-house studio operations, turning YouTube into a major revenue and IP engine for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the content vision and creative direction for VidUnit's YouTube channels
• Conceptualize and develop YouTube-native formats, shows, and channel ideas
• Produce and scale low-cost, high-engagement content formats designed for the YouTube ecosystem
• Develop high-engagement digital shows across Sports, Finance, Health & Fitness, Relationships and Entertainment
• Build and lead VidUnit's in-house content studio and creative team of writers, producers, editors, and creators
• Work closely with the brand partnerships team to integrate sponsors into shows and formats

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in digital media, YouTube, or content studios
• Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, audience growth, and content formats
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and lead teams
• Proven track record of conceptualizing and scaling content IP

Preferred Skills & Nice to Have

• Creator mindset - ideally has built or actively runs their own YouTube or Instagram page
• Experience working with celebrities, KOLs, and multi-language content networks
• Familiarity with brand integration and sponsor-led content formats
